DMCA - Copyright Policy

• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Submitting a DMCA notice

Send your DMCA notice to our email address: info@adult-iptv.com. We will investigate all valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action, including removing the infringing material.

Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed material and where it was located
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, phone number and email address
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat infringer policy

Adult IPTV maintains a policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
